High hopes

I’ve just begun an evening course in astronomy . . .

I’m new to astronomy – that’s why I’m eager,
Now I can tell Altair from Deneb and Vega,
To sort out the Universe. That will ensure
I’ll be a replacement for Sir Patrick Moore.
